I don’t fear the kraken I fear those fucking Skelly brothers It’s so hard to solo manage the cannons the angle make sure I don’t run into any rocks fix the holes get rid of the water and all while I keep getting shot I like the games difficulty but I kind of wish it was a little more solo friendly, even with safer season like you need a friend to do it

Waste of time though lol raising lantern then pulling weapon back out takes 0.2 seconds. Even if ya do this the use a canon to clean them all up it still takes more time to get them to the beach then it would be to get them when they spawn.

This is a lot easier than unloading enough bullets to fill a galleon into it.

You're right. It is easy, just annoying as all hell. IMO, it's an unfun world event that isn't worth the loot it drops or the time/investment needed for it.

I started my first voyage as a new player, no advanced knowledge besides playing the tutorial and then skipping straight to public lobbies. The first ever chest I picked up and sold was a reapers bounty while there were 3 reapers emissaries on the map just scattered about.

High fire rate High Dmg High flexibility Reusable ammunition range close to near mid range, mid range requires lot of aim but range isn't really on obstacle (if you have legs) The only problem is it's hard to aim with, a problem in the human = fixable problem if ya work hard enough. Knife = best weapon :)

As a pretty dedicated PVE player from before the PVE servers were a thing I agree that they're pretty much perfect the way they are. The only thing I think I would change would be allowing the use of Captain ships on the PVE servers to make selling a little bit easier even at the reduced value. I just wish I didn't have to change my Cosmetics every time I went into a PVE server to farm commendations or fish or just sail a little bit

Honestly I'm happy that I can get certain pieces of Cosmetics that used to be unobtainable for regular players but I do agree that it has kind of ruined it for any Cosmetics that I earned that used to be exclusive and any Cosmetics that any player or twitch partner or whatever got for a reason that wasn't I paid rare 20 more dollars or watched 5 hours of twitch content It really does cheap in it to an extent that I feel like it might be better if we just didn't have the option to get the exclusive stuff anymore make something different don't give me old shit that invalidates other people's Journeys and experiences

I just bought the game and have played like 10 hours. In these 10 hours i’ve only seen 3 other ships, and of course, 1 of them was a level 5 Reaper emissary who chased me around the map for 2 hours. I didn’t even have any loot on board

They have to be the worst players ever to not sink you when they first started shooting, sails up and everything like what? Maybe more things happened the edit didn't show but that's hilarious

If you have a good aim you can do a lot of domage and do domage to pepol on board

Not the place but i feel like telling someone that i saved a ship today that was getting attacked by a kraken and skeleton ship at the same time just for him to immediately sink me while his ship was on fire after both enemies were killed.

i remember being krakened in the middle of a fight with a skelly galleon and sloop. 3 enemies. one of me. but we were all trapped. it was fun as hell
